AVUHSD 2022 Special Education Conference

Do you work with students who are dually identified as having a disability and also being identified as English Learners? Are you interested in learning tips on how to best support these students? This session will highlight best practices for supporting these dually identified students in your class, and how to document these supports in their IEP. We will also discuss how to best work with team members to determine when a student may need more support and/or when a student is ready to be reclassified. We will also review and answer questions about the EL reclassification process.
